Aimed at those at the first level of their wine training. This qualification offers a practical introduction to the world of wine. You will explore the main types and styles of wine through sight, smell and taste, acquiring basic skills to describe wines accurately and pair them with food.

Exam taken at the end of the course
Duration: 45 min
The exam consists of 30 multiple-choice questions. To pass the exam, the student must obtain a minimum mark of 70%.
The documentation is delivered in hard copy at the start of the course.
The training room is equipped with a computer, projector, internet and suitable furniture. For the practical component of the course, each trainee is provided with: tasting glasses, spittoons, a bottle and a glass of water.
